$DOCOMO Privacy-preserving AI · Layer 1

Intelligence without exposure.

DOCOMO Network is a blockchain where AI learns and computes on data that no one sees in raw form, not even the network itself. Data owners get paid every time their data is used.

The problem

AI needs data. People need privacy.

AI gets better with more data. But the most valuable data, such as health records, financial history and personal behavior, is also the most sensitive.

Centralized data

A handful of large companies hold data on billions of people. Every breach exposes millions of accounts.

Users go unpaid

Personal data trains AI models, yet the people who own it receive nothing.

AI is a black box

No one can verify that a model actually ran as claimed, on the data it claimed.

Blockchains are too public

Every transaction is visible to everyone, which rules them out for private data.

Companies and hospitals want to train AI together, but cannot share data with each other. DOCOMO Network resolves exactly this conflict.

How it works

Bring AI to the data, not data to the AI.

Data stays encrypted at all times. Only computation results and proofs of correctness are written on-chain. The network has five layers, from the bottom up.

Core privacy technology

Four technologies. The right one for each task.

Each one solves part of the problem. On top of them, Differential Privacy adds controlled noise to results so no one can reverse-engineer an individual from a trained model.

zkML

Zero-Knowledge Proofs

Prove a statement is true without revealing the data behind it.

Used toVerify that AI ran the correct model, and shield transactions.
FHE

Fully Homomorphic Encryption

Compute directly on encrypted data, without ever decrypting it.

Used toRun AI inference on sensitive data such as health and finance.
FL

Federated Learning

Train one model across many sites while the data never leaves each device.

Used toLet many organizations train one shared model.
TEE

Trusted Execution Environments

Run code inside a hardware-isolated area of the chip.

Used toHandle large AI workloads that need high speed.

Core commitment: raw data never appears in plain form on the network. Data owners can revoke access at any time.

The $DOCOMO token

The fuel of the network.

Every AI task, every use of data and every transaction requires $DOCOMO.

For users

DOCOMO Wallet

A private wallet that manages your personal data, access rights and rewards.

Data owners · Enterprises

Data Market

A marketplace for renting compute access to encrypted data.

AI developers

Model Hub

A marketplace for AI models, with each call paid in $DOCOMO.

For users

DOCOMO Agents

Personal AI assistants that know you without sending your data to a server.

For everyone

Developers

DOCOMO SDK

Add private AI to any app in a few lines of code.

Real-world example

Five hospitals. One cancer model. Zero shared records.

Five hospitals train a cancer-diagnosis model together through the Data Market. Patient records never leave any hospital, yet the model learns from all five. Each hospital earns $DOCOMO based on its contribution.

Governance & security

Holders decide. Votes stay private.

$DOCOMO holders steer the network through DOCOMO DAO. Votes are kept private with zero-knowledge proofs, so no one can see how anyone else voted.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is DOCOMO Network?

A Proof-of-Stake Layer 1 blockchain that lets AI learn and compute on encrypted data. It combines zero-knowledge proofs, fully homomorphic encryption, federated learning and trusted hardware so that raw data never appears on the network.

Can the network see my data?

No. Your data is encrypted on your own device before it is uploaded to the Data Vault, and it stays encrypted during computation. Only results and proofs of correctness are written on-chain. You can revoke access at any time.

How do I earn $DOCOMO?

Three ways: as a data owner, you earn each time AI uses your encrypted data; as a compute node, you earn fees for running AI models on your GPUs; as a validator, you earn block rewards and transaction fees for staking and validating. Early testnet users also collect points.

How do I know an AI result is genuine?

Every AI run on DOCOMO produces a zkML proof that the right model ran on the right data and returned the right result. Anyone can look up that proof in the Proof Explorer.

Is the supply fixed?

Yes. The maximum supply is 1,000,000,000 $DOCOMO. 10% of every AI task fee is burned permanently, so once burns exceed reward emissions, the circulating supply shrinks.

Is DOCOMO Network affiliated with NTT DOCOMO?

No. DOCOMO Network is not affiliated with NTT DOCOMO or any telecommunications group.

Be early on the network that keeps data private.

Test private transactions on the DOCOMO Chain testnet and earn points as an early tester.
